During my recent stay at Moulin, I was genuinely impressed by the level of care evident in every detail, which exceeded my high expectations as an environmental scientist. Upon our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who not only showed us to our spacious room but also took the time to explain the breakfast process, ensuring we felt right at home. The room boasted free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle for tea and coffee, and a lovely dining table that provided a cozy spot for breakfast, which was delightfully delivered to our room. What stood out was the immaculate cleanliness of the entire venue; it was refreshing to find a place free of any grime or dust, reflecting the pride the hosts take in their hotel. After a long day of travel, indulging in a hot bath in the generously sized bathroom was a perfect way to unwind.
